HYDERABAD: A CBI court on Monday reserved its orders to May 11 on a bail petition filed by Karnataka former minister Gali Janardhan Reddy who was arrested in a case relating to alleged illegal mining of iron ore by Obulapuram Mining Company.
In the case of anticipatory bail petition filed by Emaar scam accused, Sravan Gupta, the CBI filed its counter on Monday opposing the petition. The matter was posted for hearing on May 8.
Meanwhile, the remand of another Emaar accused, Sunil Reddy, was extended till May 17.
