Srinagar: There has been yet another ceasefire violation by Pakistan. The fresh ceasefire violation happened in the Sabziyan sector of Poonch.
Pakistani troops reportedly opened fire on Indian posts at around 1 am on Wednesday morning. The firing continued for more than five hours.
This is 19th ceasefire violation by Pakistani troops in September alone. Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is set to meet his Pakistani counterpart on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly later this month. India has made it clear that Pakistan must end ceasefire violations.
