New York: At the premiere of A Mighty Heart in New York, Hollywood heartthrob Brad Pitt had a few words on India and his experience of shooting in the country.

The actor spoke to CNN-IBN correspondent Anirudh Bhattacharya at the event. Pitt is one of the film's producers.

A Mighty Heart is based on the murder of Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl in Pakistan in 2002 and stars Angelina Jolie, Dan Futterman and Irrfan Khan.

Anirudh Bhattacharya: You shot in India for a long time. How was the experience?

Brad Pitt: It was really good. We first shot in southern Pakistan and then moved to India. It was a great experience. It has great infrastructure film-wise and people know what they are doing. It worked out well for us. When you see it on screen, you’ll be happy with it.

Anirudh Bhattacharya: The media didn’t leave you alone their either.

Brad Pitt: No it’s different. The paparazzi seems newer there so the line is grayer. They cross the line very aggressively. That part we didn’t enjoy but we got around.

Anirudh Bhattacharya: Would you like to go back to India despite the experience?

Brad Pitt: This stuff I love, man. I travel all around the place.
