Pilibhit: A man from Pilibhit in UP had to pay with lives after he called his marriage off. Agitated at his act, the girl's family attacked the man's family and shot his parents to death.
Sources told IBN7 that a man called Kashmir Singh from Tulsipur cancelled the wedding of his son, Palvinder Singh, with the daughter of one Chhinda Singh. Angry at this, Chhinda Singh attacked Kashmir Singh's family with guns and swords.
Kashmir Singh and his wife died on the spot. Parvinder and two of his sisters were badly injured in the attack and are fighting for their lives in a local hospital.
The incident sent shock waves across the small town of Pilibhit. Police said they have arrested a few people while the hunt is on for more suspects.
