Keeping up with ongoing trends in B-Town, starlet Nikita Anand turned to yoga a few months back and has now become a strict follower of it to stay fit. She practises the sanatana kriya early morning everyday. According to her, this kriya is more than just doing asanas and prayanams. It involves bringing one’s body and mind to a state of balance with dhyan. The starlet adds, "The benefits of doing yoga have been a healthier body, calm and focused mind and a happier state of being."
Gurdas Maan to depart on a music tour to the US
Gurdas Maan, who will be going to the US on a music tour, is scheduled to perform some of his old and new compositions for his NRI fans. Coming from a Punjabi background, he was recently asked whether he had always wanted to be a singer. He said that while he was growing up, he too, like many other kids of his age, wanted to be a wrestler or join the army someday in future. But he decided to croon!
