New Delhi: The Delhi High Court on Friday rejected senior Congress leader ND Tiwari's plea to hold a trial in the case and reveal his DNA test results only at the end of it.
The court is scheduled make the test results public on Friday. The court also observed that the Supreme Court has not said the matter should be kept confidential.
The Delhi High Court had on Friday dismissed Tiwari's plea seeking fresh trial and in-camera proceedings in the paternity case. The court said it will reveal the DNA test results on Friday.
Rohit Shekhar, 32, had in 2008 filed the suit claiming to be the biological son of Tiwari, 87.
