New Delhi: CNN-IBN has obtained pictures of the boat apparently used by the terrorists to come to Mumbai.

The Indian fishing vessel 'Kuber' was possibly hijacked by the same group which attacked the Oberoi.

The coast guard found the boat abandoned five nautical miles off the Mumbai coast. The body of a captain – killed around 8 pm on Thursday – was also found on it.

Shortly after, the terrorists got off the boat and into their rubber boats. The 'Kuber' had sailed out from Porbandar on November 13 with five fishermen on board.

They were all fishermen who usually go to Indo-Pak waters near the Sir Creek area.

The suspicion is that they may have strayed into Pakistani waters where the boat was hijacked. The boat was hijacked and four members of the crew could have been murdered and thrown into the sea, leaving the captain to help them sail till Mumbai where he was killed.

The GPS system had recorded co-ordinates for a possible return trip. May be, the terrorists hoped to get away after the attack.
