New Delhi: There is trouble for General V K Singh's successor Lt General Bikram Singh. The petitioners behind the public interest litigation (PIL) against his appointment as the next General have demanded that the hearings in the Supreme Court be done in-camera.
The PIL claims a communal conspiracy behind the refusal to revise General V K Singh's date of birth.
The petition further accuses former army chief General J J Singh of conniving to ensure Lt General Bikram Singh's succession.
