New Delhi: A raging inferno marks the spot where this passenger airplane crashed at clarence in New York State.
US Continental flight 3407 was on its way from Newark to Buffalo when it crashed into an house killing all passengers and crew on board.
“I saw the sky lit up there was no swirling. The plane nose dived in great speed into the house and shook foundations,” says an eyewitness.
As the house went up in flames, people in the area were quickly evacuated.
Although it was snowing and there was a fog at the time of the crash, investigators say the exact reason for the mishap will be revealed only after an extensive probe
As it is not yet know how many people were in the house at the time of the incident. But reports say it could be as low one, so the casualty figure may hopefully not rise substantially.
