Mumbai: India's win in the Commonwealth Bank Series (CB Series) has made sports agencies and brands scrambling to get a piece of the young stars. The victory against Australia means more mega endorsements for the winning team.

The second final of the CB Series was a wringer of a match and in the end the Australians were left high and dry. And following the match Yuvraj Singh landed a two-year contract from Proctor & Gamble for its power brand Ariel.

Yuvraj has also got another deal with Ford, which was earlier endorsed by Bollywood star Abhishek Bachchan. And he may lather up with Lifebuoy ads as well. Yuvraj will earn up to Rs 1.5- 2 Crore for each contract.

It's not just Yuvraj who is bagging the deals. Off-spinner Harbhajan Singh will make Rs 25 Lakh by endorsing Airtel.

"Ishant is going to get a lot, Rohit sharma is going to get a lot and Dhoni to some degree. But a lot of this is a temporary bump nothing more. In the long term it is just Dhoni and Yuvraj and no one else right now," Anirban Das Blah, Globosport Vice-President says.

But not everyone agrees with Blah and sports agencies are already gunning for young lads like Virat Kohli, Ravinder Jadeja and Iqbal Abdullah from the Under-19 World Cup winning team.

The new favourites from India XI are Ishant Sharma, Rohit Sharma and Praveen Kumar. All the three are expected to sign deals in the range of Rs 20-30 lakh thanks to the success of the tour Down Under.

Industry experts say another player to gain from the Australia series would be the captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni - whose price tag is expected to go up to Rs 2 crore annually.

The top five Indian players are expected to gain a premium of around 20-30 per cent from their current levels post the win Down Under.

And with the Indian Premier League just a month away more brand endorsement deals are likely to be announced in the near future.
