PM, FM in Office of Profit controversy

New Delhi: The Election Commission will probe a complaint against Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Finance Minister P Chidambaram for allegedly holding offices of profit in the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, Chief Election Commissioner N Gopalaswamy said on Saturday.

"We have received this complaint only three days back. We will find out the exact details, like date of appointment and benefits if any," Gopalaswamy told reporters.

He said the Election Commission would take some time to probe the complaint referred to it by President A P J Abdul Kalam.
