New Delhi: Prime Minister Manmohan Singh left on Sunday morning for the Cambodian capital of Phnom Penh where he is to attend two regional summits.
The November 18-20 visit is to attend the 10th ASEAN-India Summit and the 7th East Asia Summit.
The prime minister is accompanied by Foreign Secretary Ranjan Mathai and other senior officials.
