Mumbai: No conclusive CCTV evidence has been found against three of the five MLAs accused of beating up a policeman inside the Maharashtra Assembly. Sources have told CNN-IBN that the probe report, which is likely to be tabled in the Assembly on Thursday, finds two MLAs Kshitij Thakur and Ram Kadam guilty.
But the report finds no evidence against the other three, who too were suspended by the Speaker. The MLAs allegedly beat up the police officer Sachin Suryavanshi inside the state Assembly premises in March.
The policeman beaten was also suspended after the incident.
