Politicos criss-cross India for campaigning

New Delhi: India will vote on April 30 in the third phase on Lok Sabha elections and campaigning has intensified. With voting over for almost half the Lok Sabha seats, political parties are going all out to ensure that their top leaders address as many election rallies as possible.
Bharatiya Janata Party President Rajnath Singh will hold rallies in Bhagalpur and Katihar in Bihar while party's prime ministerial candidate L K Advani will be campaigning in Gandhinagar.
United Progressive Alliance Chairperson and Congress President Sonia Gandhi, Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee and External Affairs Minister Pranab Mukherjee will jointly campaign in West Bengal. They will be touring Lalgola, Murshidabad, Malda, and Jalpaiguri.
All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) chief J Jayalalithaa will address public meetings in Tiruppur and Pollachi in Tamil Nadu.
In Uttar Pradesh, Priyanka Gandhi will campaign in Rae Bareli while her brother Rahul Gandhi will be in Barabanki and Jhansi. He will also campaign with Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah in Anantnag.
Rahul's cousin and BJP candidate, Varun Gandhi, will be in Hardoi, Bahraich, Sitapur and Lucknow in Uttar Pradesh.
In Mumbai, Nationalist Congress Party chief Sharad Pawar will be garnering support for Congress candidates Priya Dutt and Milind Deora while state Industries Minister, Narayan Rane will campaign in Lalbaug.
In Madhya Pradesh, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan will address the public at Khandwa along with Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Raman Singh.
