Pravin testifies, denies shooting Pramod

New Delhi: The trial in Pramod Mahajan murder case resumed on Monday when a Mumbai Sessions Court began recording the evidence of prime accused Pravin Mahajan.

Mahajan, accused of murdering his brother and the BJP leader, reportedly denied having fired bullets at his brother.

On being asked whether Pramod’s wife Rekha Mahajan had identified the accused, Pravin said that it is not true.

This is the first time that Pravin is deposing in the matter and explaining his position before the court.

He is accused of having killed his brother Pramod at his house in Worli on April 22 last year.
