New Delhi: The Karnataka High Court has refused to quash investigations in a probe against External Affairs Minister SM Krishna. The court said that the probe against Krishna will continue.
Krishna had filed a petition challenging an investigation by the Lokayukta police into his role in allowing mining in lands earlier notified as forests.
Krishna refused to comment on this and said, "Unless I see the full text of the judgement, I think till then I would not be in any position to make a comment about it."
The Lokayukta special court had earlier directed the police to probe into the illegal mining charges against Krishna. The Lokayukta police had filed an FIR against the External Affairs Minister.
