New Delhi: The professor H S Sabharwal murder case came up for hearing in an Ujjain court on Monday when three constables who were posted outside the Madhav College on that fateful day recorded their statements.
Five witnesses in the case - including staff of the college, Komal Singh Sengar and Manohar Singh Dadia have turned hostile.
The librarian Gobind Singh Khuswaha had also retracted his statement to the police.
The opposition has been demanding that the case be transferred outside MP for a fair trial.
Professor Sabharwal had died on August 26 last year when ABVP activists allegedly attacked him angered over the cancellation of Madhav college student’s union elections.
