Click to play videoNew Delhi: The new James Bond film has hit the floors and it is titled Quantum of Solace. This is going to be Daniel Craig's second outing as James Bond.
In the new flick, agent 007 picks up from where he left off in Casino Royale.
In this direct sequel Bond is contemplating revenge after the betrayal by Vesper Lynd. Filming for the 22nd Bond adventure began at Pinewood studios earlier this month with Director Marc Forster at the helm.
Craig says, “I was incredibly excited when he got involved if you watch his movies his versatility is quite astounding, you look at Monster's Ball to Neverland to The Kite Runner, it's like they're all such different but equally wonderful movies and that he's bringing to this in spades because he's very particular, every shot counts. "
Director Marc Forster says, “Daniel Craig took the franchise in a different direction and he's such a superb actor that I thought it's a possibility to explore something with him which I was interested in."
Dame Judi Dench resumes her position, as M and Ukrainian model Olga Kurylenko is the new Bond girl.
Dench says, “This is my sixth, and every one of them have been very, very, very different, very different indeed, and it's just I get to do more in this one which is terrific, just as frightened I am, as I was in all the others, but I learned to do a few more gadgets and look like I'm running MI-6 I hope."
And now the most important detail - the new Bond flick hits theatres on November 7, 2008.
