Patna: Former Bihar Chief Minister and leader of the opposition in state assembly Rabri Devi has threatened to shift to a rented house.
Rabri says that she is disgusted with the treatment that she received regarding the provision of residential accommodation.
"The state government was requested time and again to provide a suitable accommodation befitting the status of a leader of the opposition since the present residence was not habitable in rainy season," Rabri said.
The present accommodation provided to her was in a dilapidated condition and was leaking from various spots, she alleged and said it was difficult to live in such a condition as monsoon was on the cards.
'If state government did not provide a suitable accommodation, I would be forced to shift to a rented house," she declared.
Lambasting the NDA government, the leader of the opposition alleged that it had failed on all fronts and people were feeling cheated in the name of 'good governance'.
