New Delhi: Music composer AR Rahman's first Hollywood venture after Slumdog Millionaire, Couples Retreat is reportedly caught in a race row.

The UK publicity posters of the film have two African-American actors missing from it.

The film, which stars Vince Vaughn, Jon Favreau and Kristin Davis, shows all eight of the movie's principle actors, including Faizon Love and Kali Hawk. But Love and Hawk were removed from the posters that were intended for the promotional campaign in Britain.

The studio has however, regretted causing offence and said that the revised poster won't be used in other countries.

The film is about four couples who go on holiday together and receive therapy to improve their relationships.

The film has grossed over $70 million at the box office worldwide.
