Rahul Gandhi to visit Amethi, to hold briefings with local Congress workers

Amethi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will arrive in Amethi on Thursday on a day's visit to take stock of development works in his constituency and hold meetings with his partymen. He is scheduled to hold meetings with party workers in Rahmatgarh village of Jagdishpur and Bhagirathi village of Bazar Shukul area, officials said.

During these meetings, Gandhi will take stock of development works in his constituency, they said. He will also visit the house of Baldirai Congress block president Sarafat Ali, who died in an accident last month.
