Jodhpur: The Rajasthan High Court will hear the habeas corpus petition submitted by missing nurse Bhanwari Devi's husband on Monday.
Former Rajasthan minister Mahipal Maderna who is accused of having a hand in her disappearance is likely to come for the questioning to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) court.
Maderna skipped questioning since Friday citing health grounds, he was also hospitalised after citing chest pains.
Bhanwari Devi has been missing since September 1.
Supporters of the suspended Congress leader had attacked the media on Sunday. Two of them were arrested on Sunday night itself.
