New Delhi: Yoga guru Ramdev on Wednesday criticised Prime Minister Manmohan Singh for not announcing any measures to bring back black money stashed abroad in his Independence Day speech at Red Fort.
"We were expecting that the Prime Minister in his speech will say something on corruption but he finished the subject by speaking on Lokpal in just two lines. He did not mention when and how the Lokpall will come. He didn't give any assurance on curbing black money," he said in Haridwar.
"India is ready for third battle of Independence. We are ready for this battle and we will win. When Manmohan singh delivers the speech it looks like he is reading a copy written by someone else, which is very unfortunate," he added.
