Having initially rejected to shake a leg for a special song in 'Crazy Loka', it is now reported that Ramya is part of the film and has even shot for the song in the film which releases this week. When we contacted her to confirm, Ramya’s Manager said, "According to the contract, Ramya is not supposed to talk about the song till the film is released." However, Kavitha Lankesh, director of 'Crazy Loka' confirmed Ramya in the film. "There was a lot of misunderstanding regarding her role in the song. Later, we sorted it out and she has done a special song for the film. She is a good friend of mine and as a director, I am grateful to her for being a part of Crazy Loka" she said.
"It all started when some people started spreading rumours that she was doing an item song. Today, Ramya is one of the top heroines in the industry and unlike Bollywood, we don’t consider songs played by heroines as item numbers in 'Sandalwood'. I am glad that she understood. The song Galabe Galabe, choreographed by Harsha, has really turned out well. Hopefully will add spice to the film," the director added.
With Ramya not willing to talk about the song till the film gets released, Kavitha clarified, "Ramya and I felt that we should keep it as a surprise and have managed not to leak out the song sequence to any channel or newspaper. I am happy that it has been maintained though some pictures have come out."
