Mumbai: After Aamir Khan, it is Rani Mukherjee who has got on to the Titan bandwagon. The Bollywood star is now the brand ambassador of Titan Raga.
Rani was present at Titan Raga's launch in Mumbai on Thursday and gladly posed for the shutterbugs, sporting a Titan watch herself.
"The first watch I ever wore was Titan. I think my dad got me a gold Titan watch after my Xth standard examination. I was really excited about it," said Rani when asked about her first watch.
Rani said that a watch served the dual purpose of showing accurate time and enhancing one's personality. "You can't wear a watch that doesn't show you the right time. After that, it also matters how good the watch looks on you. Because there are watches that may not suit your personality. But there are certain watches that may look really nice on you and change your complete appearance," she said.
Rani said she was fond of collecting watches and that she had a good collection of them. "I have a lot of watches and Titan people have promised me that they are going to give me some 150 of them. So that wherever I go, I can keep wearing one of them," she said.
Today, Rani is one of the busiest stars in the film industry and knows the importance of time.
"I don't have time for myself. I always have time for people and time for my work but I don't have time for myself," she said.
