New Delhi: Now you can read the adventures of James Bond on your computer also. Random House India has acquired the rights to publish all of Ian Fleming’s Bond titles in both physical and e-book format.
Sam Bourne, author of The Last Testament, expresses his opinion in this regard, “Everyone thinks they know James Bond...Readers of every stripe have good reason to return to the source from which this extraordinary cultural phenomenon sprang: the books of Ian Fleming.”
Releasing on 5th October 2012, International Bond Day, Vintage will be publishing two editions of each title to reflect the wide and varied audience for the world’s best known secret agent.

With a jacket designs inspired by the film posters of Saul Bass, the publication house will launch a Vintage 007 range of 14 titles. Several will include brand new introductions from writers including Giles Foden – Diamonds Are Forever, Sam Bourne – Dr No, Tom Rob Smith – From Russia with Love, Andrew Taylor – Live and Let Die and Alan Judd – Casino Royale.
And for those fans of contemporary action thrillers who may never have read a Fleming title, the books will also be available with photographic covers.
