Cannes: Steven Soderberg's two films on Argentine revolutionary Ernesto 'Che' Guevara were screened at the ongoing Cannes Film Festival.
The red carpet premiere of the two films The Argentine and Guerrilla, on Wednesday evening at Cannes saw an eclectic mix of guests ranging from singers Madonna and P Diddy to heavyweight champion Mike Tyson.
Supermodel Naomi Campbell and actors Natalie Portman, Michelle Yeoh and Julia Ormond apart were also present at the event.
And from the two film's lead actor Benecio Del Toro who plays the charismatic Argentine revolutionary Ernesto Che Guevera was also present for the screening.
Though The Argentine and Guerrilla will be released separately, the movies were shown back-to-back at Cannes.
The Argentine follows the Cuban revolution and Che's attempts to take on Cuban leader Fulgencio Batista back in 1956. Meanwhile, Guerrilla focuses on Che's trip to America to face the United Nations, following the revolution until his death in 1967.
Both films on Che are slated to release in May across Europe.
