Click to play videoKanpur; Senior Congress leader Digvijaya Singh on Sunday accused BJP president Nitin Gadkari of amassing thousands of crores of rupees and asked him to divulge his sources of income.
"The BJP has been accusing Congress of corruption. I ask Gadkari to reveal the sources through which he has amassed thousands of crores of rupees," he said.
Gadkari should make public all papers, including hisincome tax and wealth tax documents, Singh said.
"If Gadkari does this, I will follow suit," he said.
On the BJP-led Madhya Pradesh government levelling corruption charges against him, the Congress general secretary said he was ready for any inquiry into his ten-year tenure as Chief Minister of the state.
