Dhaka: Photos of Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif appeared on the admit cards issued by a Bangladeshi University, forcing authorities to take remedial steps to correct the mistake.
The officials at the the university at the northeastern port city of Chittagong blamed the incident on "online technical glitches" and said they had issued the cards actually for two male admission seekers.
Mohammad Sabbir Hossain, a candidate who was waiting for the admit card jokingly said, "I wonder if Shah Rukh Khan is accused of fraudulence if I appear for the enrolment test carrying the card issued for him."

Another applicant whose card carried Katrina picture, told a private news agency that he felt helpless at the situation. The BDNews.com also reported a third such incident when a female admission seeker was issued the card that carried the photo of top Bangladeshi cricketer Sakib Al Hasan.
The report said Vice Chancellor of the university Professor Anwarul Azim Arif said they had taken remedial steps to correct the mistakes.
