RT Office introduces punching system

KOCHI: With the introduction of the punching system for the employees, the RT office at Ernakulam will be the first department in the district to initiate such a system. RTO T J Thomas said that the system will be installed on a trial basis from Friday onwards.
“The system has been designed in such a way that the Transport Commissioner’s office can track record of the attendance of the employees in every office. Depending on its success, it will then be implemented in other RT offices,” he said.
The equipment for this purpose is being provided by Keltron.
