'Saguni' gets 'U' certificate- Release on June 22

Karthi Sivakumar's forthcoming biggie 'Saguni' will be seeing a release on June 22 as reported earlier. The film was censored and was certified a clean 'U' certificate.

Starring Karthi, Pranitha and Santhanam in the lead roles the movie is a political satire that sees Karthi playing mind games. Veterans like Kota Srinivasa Rao and Radhika along with Mumtaj will be seen in pivotal roles. Music is by GV Prakash.

The film that has a good dosage of comedy aims at all centers of audience and is Karthi's sixth release. Since his previous five releases were nothing less than blockbusters the expectations on this film are sky high.

The film was censored and was certified a clean \'U\' certificate.

The makers will kick start aggressive promotions across all mediums from tomorrow now that the film is censored and the release date is finalized.
