New Delhi: Samsung is all set to launch its new large-screen smartphone - Galaxy Note - in India on November 2. The company will also live stream the launch event from 12.30 pm to 1.30 pm next Wednesday.
The Galaxy Note currently holds the record for the phone with the largest display (5.29-inch). The phone is powered by a 1.4GHz dual-core processor and runs Android 2.3.
The smartphone has an 8 megapixel rear camera and 2 megapixel front camera. It has an internal memory of 16 GB, which is expandable up to 32 GB using a microSD card.
While Samsung is yet to reveal its pricing plans for India India, the phone is set be launched in UK this Thursday at an expected price of £594.
