New Delhi: Sania Mirza's seesawing fortunes in the women's circuit saw her singles ranking drop, but gain in doubles.
Sania moved four spots up to 37 in doubles, while her singles ranking fell by one to 52.
Making a return after an injury in February, Sania was seeded No. 1 in both singles and doubles at the Morocco Open. Though she crashed out of the singles in the first round, she went on to take the doubles title pairing up with Vania King.
Among the Indian men, Leander Paes held his sixth spot in the ATP doubles, while estranged partner Mahesh Bhupathi jumped two rungs to 23rd in the men's doubles.
