Sanju baba back for filmy Dhamaal

Mumbai: It's back to work for Sanju baba. The actor stepped on to movie sets after nearly three months and then hopped over to a children's orphanage on Wednesday.

After spending some time in a dubbing studio over the last week for his film Sarhad Paar, Sanjay went back to the movie sets for the first time in more than three months.

Dutt resumed shooting of his film Dhamaal in Film city in Mumbai. The film by Ashok Thakaria and Inder Kumar also stars Ritesh Deshmukh, Sohail Khan and Tushar Kapoor. Dhamaal was the last film Dutt shot for in August before taking a break from work as he awaited the verdict in the 1993 blasts case.

The actor was found guilty under the Arms Act, but was acquitted of the more serious TADA charges just two weeks ago. Out on bail till December 19, Sanjay Dutt is now trying to wrap up his film commitments.

From the sets, he also visited a children's orphanage in the evening. Dutt was greeted to warm welcome by children from Mount Mary's Convent, who performed for him. The kids also read out a letter in support of the actor.

Dutt later promised to screen Lage Raho Munnbhai for the kids at the campus. Sanjay's father, late actor and MP Sunil Dutt, was closely associated with various charities in and around Bandra and the son has taken up a lot his father charity work since his demise.
