New Delhi: The BJP on Thursday said that the Supreme Court's order on the Ramlila crackdown proved that the government was responsible for the incident.
"The SC order proves that MHA is responsible for the incident as the Delhi police is under the Home Ministry. The SC order has also proved that human rights violation took place there," BJP spokesperson Prakash Javadekar said.
However, he said that the BJP does not accept that Ramdev is also responsible for the violent incident.
Meanwhile, Delhi police said that they will abide by the court order. "We are waiting for the order copy and action will be taken accordingly," it said.
