Hyderabad: Satyam Computer Services has postponed its board meeting scheduled for Monday to the next month as there was lack of quorum.
While there’s no formal word on when the next meeting would take place, reports suggest January 19, 2009 is the likely date.
The meeting originally scheduled for Monday was to discuss a proposal for buyback of shares to mollify shareholders who were livid at the company's move to acquire two companies promoted by Chairman B Ramalinga Raju's family.
