    New Delhi: An eve teasing incident took a turn for the worse for some school children on Wednesday in the Capital.

    A 15-year-old school student is in the intensive care unit of a Delhi hospital after he was thrashed by goons for trying to stop them from molesting girl students in his school bus.

    Seven men entered the school bus of St Georges School when it was stuck in a traffic jam and started allegedly passing lewd remarks at the girls.

    The men were reportedly armed with rods and hammers and they beat up students who intervened.

    The accused have now been sent to judicial custody for 14 days and a case has been registered against them.

    Gagan, another student of class VII was also beaten up and he received seven stitches on his head. There is little improvement in his condition.

    The incident took place around 2:30 in the afternoon when the school bus reached the Tigri bus stand near Khanpur.
