Scream and vent your stress out

Mumbai: We all know that crazy city life and stress go hand in hand. However, how does a city like Mumbai cope with maximum stress?

These Mumbaikars are not auditioning for a Tarzan sequel. In a stress buster van, touring the city as part of a promotional campaign for a new salt, they're actually finding out how stressed out they are.

First you fill out a questionnaire, which gives you your stress score. Some people say their score is four and that they are always stressed out. However, there are others who scored seven and say, “I got 7. I am stressed since childhood”.

The decibel meter records your sound level while you scream as loud as you can. However, many people felt that the screaming helped them vent out their stress.

Medically it's a known fact that you can indeed de-stress by screaming. Besides screaming and venting out stress, one can also get their blood pressure checked.
