Los Angeles: Spanish actor Javier Bardem was nominated for the Screen Actors Guild Award for best supporting actor for his portrayal of the villain in the latest James Bond film, 'Skyfall'.
Also nominated in the category are Alan Arkin ('Argo'), Robert De Niro ('Silver Linings Playbook'), Philip Seymour Hoffman ('The Master') and Tommy Lee Jones ('Lincoln').
Bardem won both the SAG Award and the Best Supporting Actor Oscar for his role as a spooky hit man in the 2007 film "No Country For Old Men".

In the best actor category are Bradley Cooper ("Silver Linings Playbook"), Daniel Day-Lewis ("Lincoln"), John Hawkes ("The Sessions"), Hugh Jackman ("Les Miserables") and Denzel Washington ("Flight").
Nominated for this year's award for best actress are Jessica Chastain ("Zero Dark Thirty"), Marion Cotillard ("Rust and Bone"), Jennifer Lawrence ("Silver Linings Playbook"), Helen Mirren ("Hitchcock") and Naomi Watts ("The Impossible").
