Jammu: A newborn boy was on Wednesday kidnapped from a government hospital in Jammu. This is the second case of child theft from the same hospital in the last three days.
It is shocking that in spite of CCTV cameras in the hospital premises, no footage of the kidnapping was recorded.
The hospital administration suspects the involvement of an insider. In a similar case an infant was kidnapped from the same government hospital in Jammu on Sunday.
