Chandigarh: One more person allegedly involved in the attack on Burundi student Yannick Nihangaza was on Friday arrested near Satlaj Chowk area of the city.
Jaswant Singh alias Bantu was on Friday arrested near Satlaj Chowk, said Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Headquarter) Navjot Singh Mahal.
With Jaswant's arrest total number of persons who are behind the bars for brutally attacking the 23-year-old student has reached to seven.
Three days ago son a businessman had surrendered in the case.
There were about 10 persons who attacked 23-year-old Nihangaza on April 21 and he continues to be in a state of coma for the last two months in a private hospital.
