Nashik: Mahamandaleshwar Shri Shantigiri Maharaj, who is contesting the Lok Sabha as an Independent candidate, will be filing his nomination papers from Jalgaon, Aurangabad and Nashik Lok Sabha seat on March 31, April 1 and 4 respectively.
The announcement was made at a rally held by his followers at Vihitgaon on Wednesday.
Since Maharaj is presently under maun vrata (silence vow) his assistant Kapaleshwar Suryavanshi made the announcement.
However, he will be decide on contesting from one Lok Sabha seat out of the three, only after holding discussions with the followers.
