New Delhi: Flight schedules were thrown out of gear due to the heavy fog cover on Saturday morning and the passengers had to rough it out at the airport.
Among those stranded at the at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in the winter chill was actor Shekhar Suman.
Often termed as the Jay Leno of Indian small screen, Suman turned Citizen Journalist for CNN-IBN and gave a lowdown of the chaos at the airport.
Suman, who claims to be a regular flyer, said that the situation at the airport was nothing short of a "nightmare". The actor quipped that the last time he saw a queue as long as the one at the counters was for the film Sholay.
"I wish I could go back to the ancient era and travel by bullock cart. It would make things so much easier," he added.
