Mumbai: Bollywood actor, Shilpa Shetty’s appearance in the silver screen might be on the downside these days but this has not taken the zest of life away from her. In fact, she is drawing loads of them from the miracles of yoga.

She is not keeping this only to herself. After coming out with a yoga DVD, she is all set to give yoga lessons online to all those who would want to be at peace with themselves like herself.

"What yoga does to you is, when you're doing pranayam, it improves your breathing pattern. A wrong way of breathing is the core of all your problems. If you don't breathe right then you can’t feel right, you can’t think right. So if you breathe right then things will fall in place," is what Shilpa has to say about the effects of yoga.

When asked about her view on the recent size-zero fad, this is what Shilpa had to say, “ the concept of size zero is for flat-chested people, size zero hone ki liye you can’t be slightly heavier on your top, you have to be petite, basically a carrom board "

There you have it from the Indian diva herself. So if you think you do not belong to the 'carrom board' category, you might want to think twice before you become the size-zero victim.
