Shooting in Howrah-Jammu Tawi Express, 1 dead

New Delhi: A shooting took place on board the Jammu-Howrah bound Himgiri Exprees early Saturday morning at Asansol station in West Bengal.

One Railways employee has died and another was injured in the incident. The incident reportedly took place at the door of the train and came to light when the train stopped at the Asansol station.

The gunman hasn't been identified. Railway Police is investigating the case and looking out for people involved in the shooting.
