Shruthi to play DC in Kannada movie 'Rambo'

Shruthi is all set to play the serious role of District Commissioner in upcoming Kannada movie ‘Rambo’. Actress addressing the media on Monday afternoon at Abbainaidu Studio said she was expecting a laugh riot role as she had done in film like 'Rama Shama Bhama' with Dr Kamal Hassan, but her brother Sharan gave a rather serious role of DC in the film. Of course I am playing the DC role for the first time. I need to observe a lot of things for enacting in this role said Shruthi.

On the growth of her brother Sharan a comedy actor turned hero in 'Rambo' and producer, Shruthi is extremely happy on the progress.

Actress has finished shooting for 'Kalpana' ( a remake of Kanchana, Telugu film) with Upendra for the first time. She is part of the two state award films that were announced recently by Dr Bharathi Vishnuvardhana committee. 'Nanna Gopala' and 'Shabdamani' has different shades for actress Shruthi.

Shruthi is all set to play the serious role of District Commissioner in upcoming Kannada movie \'Rambo\'.
