Click to play videoMumbai: The cast and crew of Luck gathered at a city hotel in Mumbai to promote the film. And while actor Kamal Hassan's daughter debutante Shruti Hassan was busy doing with a live performance, Actor Imran Khan revealed why he chose to do his own stunts.
Shruti confessed she is not a tad bit nervous about being compared to her parents.
"Comparison is inevitable, but I want people to remember me for my work. I have a pressure to prove myself," she said.
The film, directed by Soham Shah is an action thriller which traces the journey of various characters. It also boasts about some death defying stunts done by the cast. Actor Imran khan who insisted upon doing his own stunts also pushed his co-actors to do so.
"As a kid I use to love the way Jackie Chan used to do his stunts and today's audience is very smart they will come to know if you use a stunt man or use some graphics," said Imran.
Stunts aside we asked the cast and crew on why audiences should try their luck with this film and pat came the reply.
"Because it's a film which treats luck as a commodity," said Imran.
"The way the film is packaged with all the characters, it makes it interesting," said Shruti.
Releasing on July 24 Luck also stars Sanjay Dutt, Danny Denzongpa and Mithun Chakraborty.
