CNN-IBN's Karma Paljor brings us the amazing story of rescue operation of an injured Border Roads Organisation Engineer who was winched up into a helicopter from the Chungtham-Mangan highway.

In a rare and daring effort, the chopper remained suspended in air barely a foot over the ground in a mountainous zone.
