'Singam 2' starts roaring

Singam 2 has been making a buzz ever since it's announcement. For the first time after the announcement, Director Hari on Sunday came out in the open revealing an interesting development. The filmmaker conducted audition to select character artistes for the sequel!

Over 1000 aspiring actors and actresses took part in the audition that took place at AVM Studio in Chennai. Short listed candidates will be roped in to play key roles in the movie.

The cast and crew of Singam are coming together for Singam 2 and the list includes Suriya, Anushka Shetty, Devi Sri Prasad and Hari. The value additions in the sequel are Hansika Motwani and Santhanam.

Shooting for the movie will kick start once Suriya completes Maatraan directed by K V Anand. Once it begins, Hari, needless to say, will finish it as fast as the screenplays of his movies are.
