New Delhi: Singing sensation Britney Spears partying, flashing and going crazy has not just irked fans, but has also left colleagues worried.
After Britney’s mother who thought the singers showing off her backside was tacky, the Queen of Pop Madonna has expressed her shock at her panty-less partying.
The Erotica singer, came down heavily on celebrities like Britney and actress and pop singer Lindsay Lohan for being photographed without their underwear during an interview with US chat show host David Letterman.
"I've come to New York and the first thing I hear is about everyone not wearing their underpants. It's dreadful! What's going on? It's freezing outside!" The Sun quoted Madonna, as saying.
But when asked what took the Material girl so long to discover the craze in the celeb circles, she said, “I live in England and so I'm pretty cut off from a lot of these stories. I only read stuff about, or hear stuff about the Royal Family.”
When Letterman reminded Madonna of the time when she had given him a pair of her underpants as a gift, she laughed and asked him to forward them to Britney,
"Maybe you could send them to Britney," Madonna was quoted as saying.
